It is structured around 4 Working Groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WG1: Corpus annotation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WG2: Lexicon-corpus interface<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WG3: Multilingual and cross-lingual language technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WG4: Quantifying and promoting diversity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr\/doku.php?id=meetings:general_meetings:4th_unidive_general_meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fourth general meeting<\/a>&nbsp;of the action will take place on<strong>&nbsp;27-28 August 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<strong>Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence of the Romanian Academy<\/strong>&nbsp;in Bucharest, Romania. We invite UniDive WG members to submit abstract proposals related to the scientific program of the WGs. As this is the last UniDive general meeting, abstracts emphasizing the&nbsp;<strong>outcomes and results of UniDive activities are encouraged<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposals may describe diverse types of contributions, according to 3 different tracks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete work (including previously published work)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work-in-progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposal should be&nbsp;<strong>anonymous<\/strong>, written in English and submitted in&nbsp;<strong>pdf<\/strong>&nbsp;only. It should include (on the title page) the list of the&nbsp;<strong>relevant WGs<\/strong>. It should not exceed&nbsp;<strong>2 pages<\/strong>, including figures and tables (bibliographic references may go beyond the 2-page limit). If&nbsp;<strong>linguistic examples<\/strong>&nbsp;from languages other than English are included, those should be glossed and translated into English, and an&nbsp;<strong>extra half a page<\/strong>&nbsp;is allowed for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the sake of uniformity and easing the reviewers\u2019 effort, we encourage authors to use the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/read\/yqbpxcbjmjjw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Overleaf Latex template<\/a>. Other formats (not necessarily Latex-based) can also be used, provided that they conform to the following specifications: A4 paper, 11pt font, 1in margins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The submission link is:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/openreview.net\/group?id=UniDive\/2026\/General_Meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/openreview.net\/group?id=UniDive\/2026\/General_Meeting<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reviewing process is double-blind. The selection of proposals will be done by the UniDive Program Committee according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>relevance to UniDive and the deliverables of its Working Groups (see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr\/doku.php?id=working_groups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/unidive.lisn.upsaclay.fr\/doku.php?id=working_groups<\/a>\u00a0), with abstracts presenting the outcomes and results of UniDive activities prioritized;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clarity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diversity of the languages covered by the workshop program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected proposals will be presented at the 4th UniDive general meeting as posters and\/or oral presentations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At least one author per selected proposal will be reimbursed for their travel and stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ATTENTION!<\/strong>&nbsp;Each corresponding author of the submitted abstracts will be automatically assigned the role of reviewer for this event (the review period will take place 6\u201330 April 2026;
